Johor Launches (“we”) runs this website to help you find out about the property projects listed on it. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you type into an enquiry form: name, mobile number, email, the information you ask for, preferred viewing time and any answers you give.
• Technical details sent by your browser: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device, browser and operating system.
• How you use this website: pages viewed, time spent, and clicks on items such as unit types, photos, maps and buttons.
• Advertising details in the link you arrived from, such as Google Ads campaign, keyword and click identifiers.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings, including by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To pass your enquiry to the sales representatives for the project you asked about.
• To see which pages and adverts are useful, and to report enquiries to Google Ads as conversions.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam.

Cookies and similar storage

We store random identifiers in your browser so we can link your visits together. The Google Ads tag sets its own cookies to measure adverts. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time.

Sharing and keeping data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the sales representatives handling your enquiry, with service providers who host this website, and with Google for advert measurement. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for the purposes above and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by replying to any message we send you or through the enquiry form. This policy follows Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
